The success of a negotation depends in the selection of a reliable supplier just as Asiatic Connection, which meets the agreed in terms of quality, delivery times to establish a long-term cooperation. Once the supplier, costs, and conditions are selected, product samples will be send for you to determine if it is exactly what we’re looking for to cantinue the purchase process. Our goal is for the sample that you receive to be identical to the order of 100, 1000 or a million pieces the order. This is because most of the suppliers send good quality samples, but at the moment to send the order, the pieces are not the same as the sample.
Step 3
Once the client accepts the provider depending on the receive sample or counter-sample, we’ll send a file mentioning final costs deliver at your office, business, or address. Considering taxes, tariffs, necessary certificates, NOMs, regulations, etc.
This is for you to consider every important detail when importing the merchandise, since a product can be very cheap at the source, but when importing, it may no longer be profitable. Our goal is to minimize the risk at any step when importing and doing orders in Asia.
Step 4
Once everything is in order, it is requested the advance payment that was acorded with the supplier, whether is that we import and make the payment or if the client decides to import the merchandise he will need to make the direct transfer from the suuplier.
This is for starting the merchandise production. During the payment, a contract is created in Chinese or English with the supplier to avoid any problem or situation.

It is important to make a quality control to determine the merchandise is identical to the sample you previously accepted Our service includes a pre-shipment quality control:
• Pre-production quality control: raw material inspection, production lines and other components that make up the final product.
• Production quality control: mid-production inspection, by doing this it is possible to correct mistakes or to program the delivery time.
• Pre-shipment quality control: final inspection make at the fatory bfore the merchandise to be move to the shipment port.
It’s highly important to determine any failure or problem in the production or merchandise in the factory, if you receive the products with any detail or problem, it would be extremly expensive to solve the problem.
